Missing ShopOnePass miles

Missing ShopOnePass miles
I'm missing some miles from a ShopOnePass purchase from Best Buy back in December. Is there a better (faster/more reliable) way to submit a claim than to fill out the Mileage Credit Request Form and snail mailing it to OnePass?

I wrote 2 complaint letters (one to Best Buy, the other to BestBuy.com) about them failing to credit OnePass miles for purchases on their site. More than 12 weeks have passed since the purchases and no sign of the miles...

Anyone here actually received miles from purchasing from Best Buy thru ShopOnePass?
Or is this typically a long waiting game before the miles show up?

I can't say much for Best Buy since I've never bought anything via the shop onepass but I did buy some clothes with J. Crew and spent over $100 and no miles. This was over 8 months ago. A few e-mails to CO but no response, I've given up.

Other smaller Best Buy purchases I have made have posted, but not this one. It's worth about 500 miles. Maybe they only post the small ones?

I just recieved 1600 mi from a Best Buy purchase on my FF acct. I haven't gone through my records to get an exact date of the original transaction, but suffice it to say it has taken quite a while....

My OfficeMax.com purchase posted the other week (in about 30 days). In fact, I got miles based on the value of the items I bought before my $50-off OfficeMax e-coupon.

I have received mileage from OfficeMax within 30 days... I'm still waiting on Best Buy mileage from December - about 3000 miles worth. Glad to know I'm not the only one.

I just calculated my Best Buy posting.
My purchase was made on 12/17/2002.

In addition to my OnePass miles not being posted, BestBuy managed to mess-up my online order(s) by tacking an additional $1k+ to my orders and charging my credit card for them. When I disputed that charge, Best Buy replied "yeah, that additional $1k is legit."
Angered, I sent off a note to Best Buy --both the online team and the offline team. The response I got back from Best Buy on the issue is "oops, we did goof, here's a $100 Best Buy gift card to use whenever you want" ...but in reference to the OnePass miles, they said that issue was entirely in OnePass's realm and out of their hands.
I've been corresponding with a OnePass Partner Liaison Representative via email, but haven't seen the miles post yet. Roughly 5 months have passed since the purchases have been made via the Onepass link to Best Buy.
Other partner credit seems to creep along OK to my OnePass account. And last week, I received a posting from ShopRite mileage which was peculiar since what posted doesn't correspond to my activity there. But maybe it's just a partial posting 'till the ShopRite mileage program ends this summer.

I complained to Continental and to Best Buy. I detailed my efforts to get the problem corrected and initially found that each party was pointing the finger at each other. The end result was that I was transferred to the partner liason representative. I gave her the details of my order, (costs and order number) and was informed that after their research was over that my miles would be posted. They were posted within a week.
A trend: I made my only bestbuy.com purchase in December 2002 prior to Christmas.
