In addition to my OnePass miles not being posted, BestBuy managed to mess-up my online order(s) by tacking an additional $1k+ to my orders and charging my credit card for them. When I disputed that charge, Best Buy replied "yeah, that additional $1k is legit."
Angered, I sent off a note to Best Buy --both the online team and the offline team. The response I got back from Best Buy on the issue is "oops, we did goof, here's a $100 Best Buy gift card to use whenever you want" ...but in reference to the OnePass miles, they said that issue was entirely in OnePass's realm and out of their hands.
I've been corresponding with a OnePass Partner Liaison Representative via email, but haven't seen the miles post yet. Roughly 5 months have passed since the purchases have been made via the Onepass link to Best Buy.
Other partner credit seems to creep along OK to my OnePass account. And last week, I received a posting from ShopRite mileage which was peculiar since what posted doesn't correspond to my activity there. But maybe it's just a partial posting 'till the ShopRite mileage program ends this summer.
