I haven't had any problems with any of the Shop OnePass partners yet. I have only had one Best Buy purchase in late November, 2002, and the miles posted about a month later. I regularly use OfficeMax when ordering supplies for my company and Eddie Bauer for personal purchases, and so far haven't had any problems with them.

Rocketman:

When you contact the OPSC ask them if you could speak to the partner representative desk. They should be able to complete a transfer. The partner representative that I spoke with was extreemely helpful. In fact, they delivered prior to their promised date!

I wrote 2 complaint letters (one to Best Buy, the other to BestBuy.com) about them failing to credit OnePass miles for purchases on their site. More than 12 weeks have passed since the purchases and no sign of the miles...

If I hear anything back, I'll post here...

I suppose better late than never...

With more than 9 months passing after my BestBuy purchases, they finally were posted to my OnePass account. It only took 5 emails, 3 snail mails, and 2 phonecalls, but I got those few thousand miles after all

Always start your missing mileage complaint with the online vendor. If you don't see the miles in your OnePass account, odds are that the vender never sent them over. If the vendor says they sent them over, ask them for the date of transmission, and get the representative's name, then call 713-952-1630 and ask to speak with a partner liaison.
Remember that most vendors will not send miles over until the "return option period" on your merchandise has expired.
