I complained to Continental and to Best Buy. I detailed my efforts to get the problem corrected and initially found that each party was pointing the finger at each other. The end result was that I was transferred to the partner liason representative. I gave her the details of my order, (costs and order number) and was informed that after their research was over that my miles would be posted. They were posted within a week.
A trend: I made my only bestbuy.com purchase in December 2002 prior to Christmas.
