US mileage not in my CO account - anyone else had isues?

So, I am a leftover US elite, who has Silver status this year, but I am a CO and DL PLatinum. I have booked all US flights to CO FF account this year, and, up until last month, all were deposited accordingly.

I am a segment based elite qualifier, so accounting for segments and trying to maintain multiple status's means just making thresholds in most cases (hate to put all my miles in one program/alliance).

In the last month, I've had six US flights gets miles/EQMs credited to US account, even though my BPs clearly indciate my CO FF account number. I originally booked the flight using my US FF # so I could select exit rows/elite seats. Then, prior to check in, I'd switch FF account to CO and no issues.

But, I now have six flights (again, US BPs w/flight # and my CO FF info on them) which US has credited to my US account. Need these for requalification on CO.

Anyone else have this issue and, if so, how did you rectify? Absent that, suggestions?

Interesting. I fly US (unfortunately) about 25% of the time and have a US account, but for the last year since CO joined *A I have been crediting everything to CO. Sometimes the segments take longer to post (usually 36-48hrs, sometimes 24, rarely 48+), but I have never had miles go to US account against my wishes.

If your BPs indicate CO FF#, theres no way they would even know that you are the same person as the US account holder, unless you are booking online under that US account but later adding your CO FF#.

I would suggest calling US and asking that your miles from each of those flights be credited to CO as you had requested on your BPs. Just pretend you never got the miles in your US account, because it will just confuse the PCC (philippines call ctr). They'll see that they were credited there and get rid of them anyway.

Exactly what happened. Initial res was under US FF account so I could pick elite seats; then changed to CO FF# before checking in for flights.

I've put my CO number in various US reservations the last few months and skipped the seat selection ... in all but one case I've been assigned Choice seats; the only problem is that us.com has tried to charge me to select a different Choice seat

Do you still have the BPs with the CO OP#?

My recent US flights have credited 48 hours or so after the flights.

On OAL (other air line) *A flights I make sure to verify that my BP shows my CO OP#. If it doesn't show, I ask for it to be added, though that's usually not an issue. I also keep my BPs until the flights post. Actually, I print the BPs to PDF or XPS and keep them "forever". For mobile BPs I keep a screen grab of the bar code.

Same here.

However, I have not had any trouble switching to exit seats at the airport, both in US clubs and with regular and contract (e.g. HPN) airport agents.

I had to beg for about 2 months to get United (CO flight number) to credit miles on 2 legs of my trip. But, it evenually worked itself out.
(Come to think of it, if it didnt work itself out, I wouldnt even be a lowly Silver)
