US mileage not in my CO account - anyone else had isues?

So, I am a leftover US elite, who has Silver status this year, but I am a CO and DL PLatinum. I have booked all US flights to CO FF account this year, and, up until last month, all were deposited accordingly.

I am a segment based elite qualifier, so accounting for segments and trying to maintain multiple status's means just making thresholds in most cases (hate to put all my miles in one program/alliance).

In the last month, I've had six US flights gets miles/EQMs credited to US account, even though my BPs clearly indciate my CO FF account number. I originally booked the flight using my US FF # so I could select exit rows/elite seats. Then, prior to check in, I'd switch FF account to CO and no issues.

But, I now have six flights (again, US BPs w/flight # and my CO FF info on them) which US has credited to my US account. Need these for requalification on CO.

Anyone else have this issue and, if so, how did you rectify? Absent that, suggestions?
