Interesting. I fly US (unfortunately) about 25% of the time and have a US account, but for the last year since CO joined *A I have been crediting everything to CO. Sometimes the segments take longer to post (usually 36-48hrs, sometimes 24, rarely 48+), but I have never had miles go to US account against my wishes.

If your BPs indicate CO FF#, theres no way they would even know that you are the same person as the US account holder, unless you are booking online under that US account but later adding your CO FF#.

I would suggest calling US and asking that your miles from each of those flights be credited to CO as you had requested on your BPs. Just pretend you never got the miles in your US account, because it will just confuse the PCC (philippines call ctr). They'll see that they were credited there and get rid of them anyway.
