It looks like Air Pullmantur had the LH F seats as well: http://www.airliners.net/photo/Air-P...1b20082cb1a5a3 (actually used them as F).
Their J seats look interesting too: http://www.airliners.net/photo/Air-P...1b20082cb1a5a3

Or the pictures of the seat: http://www.hellenicairways.com/seating-on-board
ETA: According to Google, that's really what the seats look like.

EZ Orange Mortgage
Beware they require 20% equity. And their appraisers are tough, so if you are on the edge of 20% equity, use someone else, or risk paying for an appraisal that may not work out for you, unless you have money saved to put down.

The Easy Orange Mortgage
Low Rates – You get a low 5 or 10-year fixed rate with payments that are based on repaying over 30 years.
Rate Renew – No need to refinance and pay full closing costs. You can qualify to relock your rate and extend your fixed rate period for another 5 or 10 years at the Easy Orange rate offered at that time – all for one payment which is equal to 2 of your bi-weekly payments (maximum payment of $5,000).
Self Service = Low Cost – We can offer low rates by keeping our costs low. So we ask for a little help from you. All applications are done quick and easy on ingdirect.com and all payments are done electronically. You'll save money, we'll save some trees in the process.
Low Closing Costs – Unlike other banks, we don't charge application fees or points. See for yourself.
Bi-weekly Payments – You make electronic payments every two weeks instead of once a month. By doing so, you'll pay your mortgage off sooner than 30 years.

Right, if you arent playing on staying at your home for 10 years or 5 (our case at the condo) they are an excellent deal. And even if we decide to keep it, the "refi" is easy. No closing, you just reset the rate.

It does appear they went to Pullmantur Air and then later to Hellenic. Explains the seats. Though they ripped out the J seats.

It's a roll of the dice to "reset" it. At least with an ARM, there's a maximum rate you can adjust to. If (god forbid) things went pear-shaped in 2020, you could conceivably adjust to 20%, where my ARM would max at 10% when it reindexes.
