Let's meet for drinks maybe at 5 and then have dinner at 8 someplace.
I'll be at the Sheraton until 2 or so.

I'm probably going to have to work until 6 or 6:30 but could definitely meet up for dinner at 8. I'm staying at the Crowne Plaza, but I'm not sure how late I can push checkout until I checkin There's also another FT/MPer that'll be around.

I'll be there too. Arriving on a different flight than Rob (by < 1 hr) and leaving on the same flight. I have to work that day but my hours are completely flexible.

I get in at midnight the 11th/12th and will head direct
to the Sheraton. If anyone were to know of a late
beer place downtown, I'd be happy to be apprised of it.

The 12th I will laze about all day. Unless other ideas
are forthcoming, I'll trundle my bags to Humpy's on 6th
at 5 or 6 and stay there until time for my flight - which
I find to my shock and dismay is the 22:16 to Chicago,
not one of the red red redeyes such as I usually take;
so I figure on being able to be there only until just after
8. Does UA offer PreCheck at ANC, and can I as a RCC
member still get Boardroom access? Please let me know.

Also will be free for lunch that day if anyone can get out.

Michael

Glacier BrewHouse
ORSO (surprisingly good and affordable lunch menu for one of ANC's nicer restaurants)
Simon and Seafort's
Sacks
Club Paris

Umm...what else...

White Spot, a hamburger joint that's been there for half a century

If I'm alone I'll probably try Lucky Wishbone at noon (slightly out of
the way east) - otherwise open to suggestions. If anyone's joining
me I'm thinking of Club Paris 417 W 5th or Gumbo House 611 W 9th.
Other suggestions welcome. I don't have a car.

Definitely will be at Humpy's 610 W 6th at 5 something, leaving by
8 something.

Sounds like I'll miss you this time as I work Wed (was off mon & today). Not free until about 8...when you'll be going. At least you'll have some good WX (mid 70's & sunny)

beckoa - I hope there will be others joining me, so you could meet up
with them.

Tonight I figure I'll be at the club around midnight and maybe hang
around until deirdre shows up on the PHX flight at 0025 just to say
hi and plan tomorrow. Why not make an appearance? rob_flies_ua
and I are on UA 609 arriving 2350.

Club Paris at noon.

Humpy's 5-8 and perhaps beyond.

Also, my flight out isn't until after midnight, so I'd be up for drinks even after Michael leaves (or wandering around downtown Anchorage marveling at just how bright it is).

I lied; we're going to decamp back to the airport and the boardroom where beer flows free.

^^^ A course of action which I approve.

And which would be heartily endorsed by the crowd that you met in ANC. That BR is their second home.
