All right, I think things are updated. Beckoa, there were only two missing ones (one being the one tonight) and one that needed slight editing. All that grief and stress for that little thing!

Sadly I was unplugged from FT at the moment (might have to get some kinda windows version of an iphone soon... :rolleyes: to keep up) and was heading home from ANC when this happened...

I'll be coming to ANC March 7-11th (unfortunately miss the DO). Probably will hit the Iditarod restart in Willow for a day, maybe a day at Girdwood, probably a day in Home/Seward.

If anyone else is there then and wants to share tips or meet up let me know.

By special request, I arrived back into (rainy???) ANC last night this morning with 23 bubble-wrapped cans of Cheerwine thanks to my Delta elite benefit of being able to check extra bags without those pesky fees. (I couldn't find glass bottles.)

Tonight's not good for me, but I'm up for meeting for dinner with folks on another evening this week. I have to be back at ANC at around 11pm on Thursday night for my redeye home.

(Most or all of the Cheerwine is already designated for the two individuals who requested it. But a few individual cans from the allocation could be redistributed, if someone here has never tried it or needs a fix.)

Welcome back, sc flier! This week is actually kind of busy, but I should be able to drop by for at least a bit. Not sure if I can swing a 3-hour "lunch" like jackal, but... :D

Looks as if I'm going to be busy tonight preparing for my work tomorrow. A gathering again on Thursday night would be nice since I'll be homeless between the end of work and my after-midnight departure from ANC.

I'll contact folks by PM after work today.

It did help facilitate the stringing of Christmas Lights... now for some snow on top!

...And unless jackal flies back from Pari'... for it (wouldn't put it past him... he sure wants MVPG:D)

Wow... I had a very through recap of the meeting with sc flyer... but it went away... one of those database errors appeared when I tried posting :mad:

Anyway, sc flyer & beckoa met at the Glacier Brewhouse on the evening of December 9th, partaking in a salmon dish & cajun jumbalya <yum>... sc flyer nursed a wine or two while beckoa enjoyed his Barleywine - blueberry:D

Towards the end of the meal, AKronin joined us, and partook in an Orange Cream soda. Lastly the carefully transported Cheerwine box was transferred to beckoa...
