I was determined to go to AK so much this year -that I am - with the wife. Booked on a 7 night Norwegian Cruise - Anchorage to Vancouver - southbound first week in July. 2 nights in Anchorage before the start.

SE Alaska. I believe Juneau. Fares are coudl be pretty high but will probably come down as Delta is starting seasonal services. Previously the only service from lower 48 was on AS metal

So, there will be Planning Do dinner on Saturday where we will all conspire to get Jackal to actually make up his mind and announce something.
I have heard rumors that Juneau and Sitka will be on deck with the usual BOB W BBQ afterwards for those that want to head North for the after party.

Mrs CO FF & I are making our first visit to AS in late July...maybe we'll get lucky and overlap with the DO!

Hoping to make the DO but difficult to justify. Arrive in ANC with the wife Sunday June 29th for 1 night in ANC. Have a tour bus to the pier at 2.00pm, from the ANC Hilton Downtown.

So, here we are at mid March and no dates for the DO - enquiring minds want to know which week to keep clear and no less important, which week to book flights for while we could still get a halfway decent fare. Bueller? Jackal? BOB W? Beckoa? Anybody?
