Quick check of fares on UA for the weekend (presuming less than 6 day min stay) are currently running in the neighborhood of $1500. OUCH! The SIN DO is one fantastic party, but that's a lot of chili crab. :eek:

Hmmmm... our normal trade show conflict is actually two weeks later than normal this year.

Is it POSSIBLE I might make SIN in January? Put me on the maybe list and I'll do what I can do....

I just reserved my flights to AKL and the stop over weekend for the DO.

I will arrive on the 18th January at 06.55 with flight SQ 025 from FRA. Departing on the 21st January at 20:35 with flight SQ 632 to NRT.

Staying at the IC.

I'm considering combining the SIN Run with this event in Melbourne.

Guess I should have checked the dates before I've made my reservations.:eek::(

I've booked my air and hotel.. @$225SIN looks like most hotel rates are higher though.

I was hoping to see from the crowd that boycotted us last year. Come out gang! It's usually such a good weekend. ^

I regret I will not be attending the SIN DO in January. It rained every day I was there last January :eek: , so when the UA business class to AKL deal came along, I booked that instead for MLK weekend. :)

I'll be there Saturday & Sunday. I've not yet booked a room as the Conrad claims to be sold out (I think it's just a glitch relating to the 2008 date). I'm flying to Bali Sunday evening for 2 days. Returning to IAD from SIN on Wednesday.

I will be there Friday and Saturday....must leave Sunday am....staying at Hyatt....

Ah the good ole days in Sin. Not sure if I will be there either, but I am trying to persuade Mrs. wwbgd to come with me on a slightly earlier Sin run. Maybe I'll begin a new tradition with her at Boat Quay and Singha. :D
