17th - NOT HAPPENING
21st/28th - possibility - looks like 28th might work for more people than 21st.

Heading to DC for 2 nights - April 1-2 if anyone is around. Am staying at the HGI on 14th St so somewhere walkable would be good for dinner

A longer walk is to Lauriol Plaza where I got a bunch of free drink coupons last week. They were not allowed to sell alcoholic beverages when I visited because the bar staff sold to minors in the recent past, hence the coupons.
