GoingAway: I love Artie's, but I'm hoping to be out of town August 20, so I probably won't make it unless I push my trip back.

Didn't you just get back from a vacation? I think I like your job, you seem to have a lot of time off ... sorry to miss you yet again, one of these days it'll work out! Then again, if there is a change in the travel plans, we'd be glad to have you join us.

Thank you both tazi, pranu. Anyone what to share a ride from the district -- Geotown, Tenley Town?

Spoke to Colvin Run Tavern. They managed to get us a place for 7.

Chtiet you are in. If I get the coveted 8th spot - then I can go ahead and get gvdIAD in as well.

Since I don't seem to have too many other keen interests I am only looking to get the 8th seat.

Be careful Pranu. When I asked about 7 or 8 people, the answer I got was it 'might' be a bit croweded. They try to avoid more than 6 unless booking the Camden room which seats 8-12.

Thanks for the heads up Sid.

I spoke to them and here is what I was told

"If you are 7 football players - it will be very tight. If you are 7 cheer leaders - you will have plenty of spare room, otherwise 7 will be comfortable".

I figured for us we should hopefully count as average

The way I look at it...

I said we are average.

I personally am on the bigger side - i.e.. the footballers - so the rest of you average me out - so you technically would fall on the cheerleader side of things...

Not buying it ... you think of your cheer and we'll be happy to watch you perform.

Okay so Pranu is off the hook (maybe) for his cheer ... see you all on Tuesday

Bump for the 20th and reminder for MCS's gathering on the 6th of September.

I might be back in play for the 20th. It's still set for 20th at Artie's right?
