I always make reservations under my screen name when dining with fellow FTers; we all get a chuckle out of it, especially here at home where the hosts and hostesses all know what kaukau means in pidgin.

Perhaps a resurgence in face-to-face encounters will lead to greater vocalisations of FlyerTalk usernames?

Most people still call me by my old handle -- or rather, the first two letters of my old handle, which are my initials. But on the occasions I was called GW it was not weird for me.

if I'm not mistaken, many of those occasions have been at Zoom Happy Hours and your Bugger / Drunk DOs, so "not weird" is entirely understandable
