I think I've broke the record for coming out last again... the strange thing is I played a few poker games afterwards and wound up winning over $300 from a paltry $12. Hmmm.... y'all sure FT's poker tourney is not rigged?

Well, I was out of town the last couple of weeks, but am back now, so I intend to jump back into the HORSE tourney. I'd have no problem if we changed the time to 900 to help the folks out west. Must be tough to be QL and have everyone gunning for you, for a t-shirt no less! (But make no mistake, I want that t-shirt too!!!) tls

10 showed up tonight, poor Quiet Lion was the first one out.

Good play, but things wrapped up in only 70 minutes of play! I got some very nice river cards the last 20 minutes, and knocked some people out who were way ahead at the beginning of the hand.

On a personal note - I battled it out for the bubble (so I am told) and came out 4th.......and G_Leyser squeezed by me to steal 4th! Good Job! I tried to negotiate that we split the winnings but for some reason he was reluctant to split his $8 profit....

I did win the t-shirt for beating QL. He had a Qx, I had Cowboys. The flop came down with a Q and we raised, called....He went all in and I called.....(or something to that affect). Bottom line my heart was beating a mile a minute...and whoosh I won the hand! Yay...so I lost the money but gained a T-shirt!

Am I ready to be the next Poker Ace Reporter??? May have to work on it a bit.

We need to get an accurate totals list again. I pretty sure I'm at $330 in wins so far. I do miss the bigger games of 16 or more players. It seems like it's been a long time since it's been over 12 participants.

Mine's easy: $80 + $20 = 100

I feel very fortunate to have made one red cent tonight as I was forced to go all-in numerous times and at one point had <500 in chips left. Sweetpea put up a super-tough battle for 3rd place, but I just got a little bit luckier with cards at the end. A good game all around!
