I'm dropped down to "maybe, maybe" status for tomorrow. I leave for a trade show on Friday and I'm way behind in getting samples done and need ten to twelve hours of solid studio time still tomorrow to get caught up. If I need a breather, I may still swing down there but its a long drive if I can't stay very long and I'm not sure I can spare it, but I'll cross my fingers that I finish!

3ata was under the weather, and therefore only joined us for a short time.

We watched half of the NFC Championship Game and caught up on where everybody had traveled in the last few months, and talked about travel destinations and policies, etc.

As for February, I had been thinking of one place, but platbrownguy mentioned another that I wouldn't mind checking out. How does the Martini Ranch sound?

I love Martini Ranch (even in the "new" location that I'm still getting used to as the "old" location was our regular Friday night starting spot for a looooong time!)...

... BUT I'm out of town for most of the month of February. If I'm lucky enough to be in town when you guys schedule this, I'll try to make an appearance. (My personal vote would be for Friday the 24th.)

That sounds good, since I fly to MSY on Saturday the 25th. :)

24th works for me - I have people coming in from out of town the weekend of the 11th and I will of course be in El Paso for the weekend of the 18th.

We need to also discuss March. There is a definite date - March 12, for lunch with BOB W who will be in town. However, suggestions on where to meet are encouraged and appreciated, as always. :)

I'll probably try to ride w/ Mary for the Friday deal - so count on seeing both of us closer to 9 pm.

OOOH! I love this -- having *plans* after work on a Friday. Yes, I have no life. The way work has been going I think I will need a martini by then - so no flaking from me! See y'all on 2/24!
