I wonder if there's anyway to determine who has been in the Under 100 club for the longest time....

There's a post-count club for people like me!? Sweet!

Half way - this is post #50. I'm just surprised I got there this quickly.

Frozen or Fresh?

Huh.
16 pages.
I just read 16 pages of posts about having less than 100 postings. :(
I could have watched a TV show.
Or browsed a worthwhile forum like how to stay in a Presidential suite for $40 USD.
Or learned more about MRs.
Anything but 16 pages of this stuff.
How about a club for those of us (I'm not alone I'm sure) that feel a compunction to actually read every post of a thread once started?
How about a 12 step program club for judgmental posters who scoff at a 4k poster that obviously hasn't spent the time to know how many posters left this club with their post to this thread?
My posts are so embarrassing. I told a friend about FT and then realized that he might look up my posts. I need more privacy. I'm going back to lurking. I don't believe Coupon Connection will avail me of anything. It'll be like Silver on CO.
Right?
Or... if you see that the post count next to my name is greater than 28 posts know that I had hope. Hope of future upgrades. Hope of new friends. Hope of connections. And coupons. Or, if you're reading this months and years hence and my post count is frozen at 28, I despaired. What happened? Tell me the future.

Well, you went to 36. So I suppose you got over your despondency? :)

How about the under 10 club?

guy999 Sep 8, 2006 7:45 pm

how about longest time a member below 100

trvloftn Sep 8, 2006 9:55 pm

I'm just happy to get out of the single digits. I'm sure when I tell Mrs. TrvlOftn that i'm in the double digits, she'll be proud of me. I may also line up the kids to watch as I pass into double digits, then blow through my teens, and aspire to someday (if I can focus) hit the triple digits.

I'm so addicted to travel that getting into the triple digits actually MATTERS to me.

Sad, isn't it?

Oh, well. At least there's a club. ;)

I think if you continue to post at 130 in the morning you will likely pass the 100 post pretty quickly

Occupational hazard. DO NOT wake me up before 10 a.m. Ever.

Is this a game?

You did not specify a specific time zone. About which 10:00 in the morning are you referring?

Perhaps this is better left unsaid. It adds a little variety and danger for those who decide to take the risk and attempt to wake you up.

For those of you who say “Business as usual’s profile says Minnesota”, that does not necessarily mean much — especially since many of us are frequent travelers.

Hmmm, interesting challenge. Let's just say that while I am a big fan of Greenwich Mean Time, that's not it.

Meanwhile, here's to jtalstad for pulling out of the funk to advance toward 40. I was worried about you there for a while, buddy. ;)
