Edit- not sold out on points... weird, it displayed as not available when I looked earlier today... Must have done something wrong.

You will make it easily. I take that flight often. With Nexus, I have never missed the 12:35am Skytrain. You will easily make the 12:56am.

Ditto. Assuming it's the Sheraton Wall Centre, I'm in.

Let us know the secret password.

Global Entry isn't good enough for CBSA.

Where should I go after exiting the customs hall? I've only done the train to Pacific Central or caught an airport hotel shuttle bus.

As soon as you exit the Customs Hall, head out the nearest exit door - straight ahead, just keep walking straight. Cross the street to the parking garage and go up the escalator (up two levels). You’ll see signs -Trains to City. It is a 30 second walk. Get off at Vancouver City Centre station and it is a couple minutes walk to the Westin Grand.

Got in a little early (thanks, United) and had no issues with border control (thanks, CBSA). Waiting on the SkyTrain now.
