The '06 Comtes is of course an outstanding wine. I took little sip of it (twice, though) to allow others to enjoy more. It is in line with my previous tasting of it: Great floral nose, nice orange, spices and lemon/citrus. Cristal taste, great finish. It does need decanting, imho. It got better over the evening. The pierre moncuit 2006 was a surprise of the evening in terms of QPR and quality. Did not stand shy of the Comtes. The '06 Deutz stood very well. Both on its own and against the '02. I think it drinks above its price range. Very good '06 line up, pleasure
