Uploading images
To upload images directly to FT posts, click on the little image button (next to the emoji symbol) and upload files
To embed images from outside sources, place the URL of the image between IMG tags or click on the little image button and paste the URL. Make sure the URL ends in .jpg/.tiff or any other image extension. To copy an image file URL from an image uploaded to another website, right click on the image and select "copy image URL" or something similar.

Last year was my first year participating and it was really fun! I especially enjoyed seeing all the photos of what FT'ers received. I'll definitely be joining again this year, and many thanks, William, for taking this on again.

A couple of days ago, while mrs. HeadElf53 and I were enjoying lunch at Durgin Park in BOS, she was asking when I would open the Workshop for the holidays. I told her What's the rush?
Now that Santa wharvey has opened the 2017 thread, I'll have to head downstairs and start dusting off all the areas of the workshop. I know the elves should do that, but this boss is a nice guy.
A note to (new) readers of this this thread. I'm here to help. If your Santee doesn't give you enough information for their gift, please PM me. I'll send a message without anyone knowing who you are. I keep that confidence.

Please ensure you are using the questions in the first post for your submissions.... not the same as in past years. Already gotten a few that are using previous year submissions... causing problems with my data input.

After a second thought, I am hesitating to participate due to logistic issues...
I will be relocating most likely mid-december, and chances are I don't have a new address by then. Any recommendations on what to do in order to still receive my package if I join?

If you are relocating as part of your job you might be able to get your employer to pay for it as well.
Even those this defeats a "secret" santa you could also put in the info submission that you are moving and request that the sender PM you right before sending to insure they have the right address.
Another suggestion is to use Amazon wishlist and put in your submission that you are relocating and you'd appreciate it if they would use the amazon wish list only this year. If they use Amazon wish list you'll be insured of getting your items sent to the right address providing amazon has your current address.
When I am a secret santa to someone with an amazon gift list I love it. I know they are getting a gift they want and don't already have, I don't have to worry about shipping the gift and if there is a problem with it Amazon will let them return it with no hassles.
