Hi Gaucho. Can you post the links (referenced, but missing in post 1) for the past Do's?
Besides the wine and steak, I'd like to get an idea of some of the activities that participants have enjoyed, and don't want to duplicate in our trip planning.

That is an excellent rate. Just note that on Sundays your hotel won't be accessible by taxi, etc. until the nighttime. You'll have to walk a couple of blocks to the closest open streets because of the San Telmo Sunday street fair.

We really want to come, but we're unsure if we're going to be able to join everyone down there. We haven't booked anything yet, however for us it's not bad. We may in Bogota the week prior for my birthday, but that's not booked yet either. I'll try and make it, but as of now, we have no plans.
