It's a bit difficult to confirm these things on the holiday weekend with the FAA.

Tours are generally conducted when I mentioned, but it will vary depending on group size and their staffing. We will probably have two times, due to group size.

These are a few of the logistics being negotiated.

Meh, no concern for our trip, I don't think.

One tweak required for post #4 , I Won't be able to attend the BBQ as I have to work that night back home. Return trip yet TBD, but it will involve me departing ANC sometime Thursday night.

I've already been upgraded to VX F for the flight ANC-BRW , kidding.

I'm taking a quick side trip BOS-JFK via ANC tonight on a combo VX/AS award just because I can. Two trips to ANC over 7 days isn't too much right?
