I've received a package from the far and mysterious land of Australia!
The post office did their work on the packaging, and I could not resist opening it today.

Inside I've found a Peppa the Pig plushie, which was immediately hidden for my 4 year old son who likes that cartoon. There were two books -- one with logic puzzles (and I've put it into my commute backpack to kill time on the train) and one with a novel from GRR Martin -- one I actually had no idea he had written (!).

And the last present (and probably most complicated to get) was a pack of Dungeons&Dragons figures
(We just played a game on Tuesday) Inside there was a human Red Wizard, Orc Fighter, Ogre Mage and a Ballista. No dragon

Thank you, Secret Santa! Merry Christmas!

Well how excited was I and my two kids to receive a special parcel from Santa - I knew they had been good but wasn't sure how my log book was rating - anyway we were all very pleased - my daughter loved her Victoria Secret bag and hair ties and my guitarist son loved his accessories and for me - I look forward to reading about the Burning Man festival.....might even be inspired to go there one day
. THANK YOU SO MUCH SANTA for your thoughtful gifts - all the best for the Christmas season.

OMG, OMG, OMG, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Secret Santa #1. I'm technologically challenged so can't post a photo but I just received a PHENOMENAL gift!!! Herbes de Provence, Happy Holiday tea towels, a cat toy for my babies, Mango gummy candies (can't wait to try!!!), TWO amenity kits and a set of airline PJs (YAY!!!!! -- includes an Aeroflot kit to add to my collection!!!). Also two stunningly gorgeous wine bottle plates/dishes/art -- frankly, I'm not sure exactly what they are intended to be but I absolutely LOVE them. I intend to the hang them as artwork (they REALLY are that unique and beautiful), though they would appear to have multiple uses. Thank you, Secret Santa -- you obviously put a lot of time and effort into your gift giving and I want you to know that it is VERY MUCH appreciated!!!! I didn't mention in my info that I collect art glass, so I guess Santa really DOES know all.

I believe those are meant to be cheese plates.... hanging them might make that difficult....

Friendly reminder from Chief Santa.... I have lots of blank spots in my spreadsheet.... lots of people have not notified me that they have shipped their gifts....
I ask you to PLEASE not wait until the last second to ship.... and make sure you notify me of what you ship when you do ship.
