before asking to buy a ticket, please look over the past 2 pages for folks who are trying to sell.

before posting to sell a ticket, likewise, look over past 2 pages for folks who want to buy a ticket.

Seems to me that posters are not communicating/reading the thread & just posting.

Thank you,

transferring hotel reservation

Has anybody transferred their hotel reservation to another person at the conference hotel? I just tried and c/s @ the toll-free number indicated they had noted the name change on the reservation but then we called the hotel and they didn't have any notice of a change of names.

UPDATE: Called the hotel directly and it was changed to new name.

Where's the forum for finding a roommate?

I noticed 1 or 2 people writing about sharing rooms for the Chicago Seminars... I'll contact them now, but there's gotta be more couchsurfers/backbackers/cheapskates out there!! Where u at?

are you questioning how the $20 transfer fee gets the organizers?

[email protected] is your best bet for making sure the transfer goes smoothly. Howie is our registration guru and is donating all his time doing transfers to our three charities.
