I will win any and all competitions of this nature simply by being me.

A quick note for those of you who may not have hotel reservations yet: the W Austin rate we have will be closed on Friday along with event registration, so if you need a hotel, make sure you get that booking done.

Just locked in my air ticket on UA. Arriving 2/28 and staying at Hyatt for one night. Then shifting to W for 2 nights on Cash & Points, then back to Hyatt for the night of the 3/3-3/4. Have a very early flight out on Monday morning: 7:30A.

Will be bus‘ing from airport to/from hotels, unless....

BTW, got my ticket for $278 rt, then I get a screen from UA that I can upgrade all 4 flights (I’m LGA-IAH-AUS and mirrored on the return) for $1,700! Exactly what I had in mind! @:-)

Now that we're only a few weeks out, we've got a few updates in the menu department: both the dinner at Z Tejas and the Drafthouse event have slightly altered menus to reflect the seasonal offerings at both locations. The details and the menus themselves are available on the website.

Additionally, we're going to hold a small travel trivia game at the Drafthouse event with prizes packages that include a Dri-fit shirt, hat, and water bottle with the LIVESTRONG logo and possibly a few other things that we're still working out the details on.

Check out the website for the lowdown.

Despite the BS going on, I am very happy to see that this event is still supporting LIVESTRONG. People in need are part of the people this group helps out every day.^^

Any thoughts as to how long the movie screening will last on Sunday? Trying to plan my return flights around it.

Yes indeed; I think most people can agree that Lance is a douche but the organization he founded is staffed by good people doing great work, a couple of whom will be joining us at the Drafthouse.

I'm anticipating the credits rolling about 12:40PM or so. We have to be out of there by 1PM at the latest so anything after 2:30PM or so and you should be good to go.

By the time the cooler would arrive via MCI and DCA...not sure anyone would want to eat that salmon Best save that for the Alaska DO's :-:
