It's looking increasingly as though I'll need to work late on Monday, though that depends on how much I can finish the rest of today and tomorrow. With luck, I may be able to be there by 7:00 PM, but anything earlier is highly unlikely.
Would someone be willing to try to get tables for the group? Thanks; I appreciate the help.

Turns out Mrs. DCA writer has soccer Monday night from 7 until 9 or so. Assuming people will linger late as usual, I'll head over after she gets back.

Please join us; everyone is welcome. I will try to prominently display a yellow Flyer Talk baggage tag, but you can probably find us by eavesdropping on conversations until you hear people talking about upgrades.
I'm probably going to be working late, so don't expect me much before 7:00 pm. Would whoever arrives first please put our name on the list for a table if there appears to be a wait. I'd estimate our party will ultimately number 8-10. Thanks.

I got tied up at the office and it is likely too late to stop by now.
---- made it after all, although I missed dinner. Nice to see everyone.

Thanks to all who attended last night. Fortunately, the rain didn't put a damper on our ongoing discussions of miles, points, destinations, and more. I hope to see everyone again next time.

Likewise, wish I'd been there. It would have been great to catch up with y'all. I'll be in Crystal City this weekend (25th-28th Sept) if anyone wants to join me for a coffee or meal and a chat.

gvdIAD, thanks for organising the dinner; and the ride there; along with an introduction to DC Metro.
Thoroughly enjoyable evening, now on my way to ORD after spending a night in TPA (while my bag visited MIA).

Anyone take advantage of the Turkish Air (IAD-IST) Y fare? Just curious.
