I've actually had really good luck with their new travel site powered by booking.com. Prices have been consistent (and in some chases wayyyyy cheaper!) and availability has been good too. 10x earning until next June is pretty awesome too!

11/20/2023 - Tried to get a retention offer for my Premier. No offers available after calling twice. PCed to a CCC (this will be my second).

I know this an older post - but if I product change to a no-annual fee card, does that affect the 24 month rule since the card wasn't closed?

Premier is up for renewal -- No Offers

Old and obsolete. The Premier disqualification period is now 48 months from the most recent bonus, and closing the previous account no longer has any effect.

Called about both Premier and Prestige on 11/30. Card spend on prestige >$30,000 (thank you work travel reimbursement). No offers.

Will try again a few days into december.

Thanks for the update. I'm also waiting for Citi to resume spreading some cheer.

Called the number on the back of the card. The automated system seemed to be capable for closing the account, so I just asked for an agent. Mentioned that I'm considering closing the account due to the AF and asked if there are offers available. Agent said he could not see anything unless the closing procedure is initiated and transferred me to an account specialist (in Philippines I assume). The specialist started by listing the benefits I'm getting, so I cut her off (very politely ;)) by saying the 4th night free was exactly the reason I wanted to cancel and mentioned if the AF can again be partially offset this year, I'm willing to keep the card open. Received two offers:

• $100 statement credit after spending $3,000 (total) in the next 3 months
• 10K TYP after spending $3,000 (total) in the next 3 months

Chose #2. Agent said the offer would be activated the following business day.

Definitely not as good as previous years (usually there is a "spend $99 and get $99 credit" offer), but I spend organically more than $1K/month on my Prestige so I don't mind spending the extra $2,901 to get the $1 credit :p

I tried again and got nothing back. When does your AF post?

Called to close the biz advantage platinum. They offered me 7500 points for $1,000 in spend and a $99 statement credit for $1,000 in spend. I declined both and closed the card.

Anyone received AT&T Access More offer? I called after AF posted and no offer. Spend over $10K in past 12 months

No offer for me on Citi Prestige... Not much benefits either... any recommendations on what to downgrade it to while maintaining ability to transfer points to airlines.
Also, agent mentioned 37 days to get refund for annual fee... but do they prorate after 37 days?

Custom Cash (useful in any quantity). It's also good to have one Rewards+.
