Global Entry Card and TLV Security
I was wondering if I showed my Global Entry Card on departure at TLV and as my KTN Number is entered into my reservation will this speed up the security screening? I know that every country is different but as US and Israel have close ties and share their security would the Security at TLV know that I have Global Entry and also I have visited Israel many times so they must have a record that I am low risk.

Although, now that this administration revokes GE based on national origin, maybe TLV will start giving them some credence eventually.

Not in the slightest. TLV security trusts no one. They don't even have an Israeli trusted traveler program. Actually, they kind of do, it's called the fact that everybody knows everybody. One time when I was 18 I had a flight out when I was with some friends, and one of them knew the security guard. She moved us to the front of the line, skipped the bag scanners, and we went straight to check in.

He's right! You can't show GE at TLV airport. GE is only in US, not in Israel. If you answer the security questions by Israeli agents. You will answer the security questions. Why are you here in Israel for? How long you been in Israel? It is very important to answer the security questions.

This thread is cracking me up! I have global entry and I still get the "special treatment" when I fly out of TLV including a couple weeks ago when I was strip searched before being allowed to board my flight. My Arabic ancestry is the culprit I assume.

1. AFAIK (because I have never been there), TLV is the airport with the toughest security in the world. If TLV, based on a quick internet search, does not offer expedited security to the Israeli. Why on earth having GE will give you carte blanche?
2. Not too much politics - if the U.S. and Israel are really that closed, TLV should have been a U.S. preclearance POE.
3. It is not the GE card that makes GE works. Instead, your GE information is assessed to determine you are low risk. A person can in fact enjoy GE without using the card itself. For example, if you don't put your PASS number in the KTN field of your reservation, you will still be subject to regular security even with the GE card.
And I doubt TLV has access to GE information.
4. Frequent visits do not make your low risk in term of security, but they do make you low risk in term of immigration. Also - if you want to be deemed low risk, get a Israeli Passport if you can.

There are several issues with how you put it.
1. AFAIK (because I have never been there), TLV is the airport with the toughest security in the world. If TLV, based on a quick internet search, does not offer expedited security to the Israeli. Why on earth having GE will give you carte blanche?
