Well, my LEO friend said to forget about this. But, spread the word this is happening. Filing a complain will fall on deaf ears. No one really cares. I'll just avoid ATL, or when I have no other choice re-enter the airport instead of following through to the connecting flights. Lately I don't fly with checked bags anyway.

I just have to much going on right now. I thank everyone here for their kind thoughts.
