No TSA Comment Cards at PIT
I flew through PIT and asked for a comment card. The 3-stripe said they don't have comment cards (never have since he had been there since 2002) and instead gave me a sheet of paper on how to contact a customer service rep.
Shouldn't all locations have comment cards (blue card stock) available to hand out?

Most of all, it would be great if TSA actually did something with the comment cards, besides mine them for pax info to log in a 'domestic extremist' database somewhere.

I have a card that I have to fill out when the TSA claimed he was a medical doctor when he tried a few weeks ago to take away my child's natural toothpaste we use for a medical purpose.
It states that you can contact TSA by calling 1-866-289-9673
or email [email protected]
If you still have it, include the terminal, date and time of your trip as well as name and badge number of TSA employees you spoke with and any other pertinent information.

I'm inclined to believe her because the rare folks who post about actually getting contacted about a TSA problem seem to have gone the local route and ended up with a CSR or FSD rep.

Shouldn't this thread be in the Practical Travel side of the forum?
The new split is confusing. Anyway...
Best way to submit TSA complaint form:
Downloadable form here.
Mail it to the airport's Federal Security Director, find the address here.
Follow up with a phone call to the TSA's Complaint Line: 866-289-9673

I believe our resident TSOs (real or alleged) have posted elsewhere that comments posted directly to the airport involved are more effective than the above methods.

I had the opposite with DTW. Heard back relatively promptly from the TSA (albeit a "we're basically going to ignore your complaint" response...), but never did hear back from the airport.
