What happens when you try to activate the virtual card at this URL?

Now I have two PP accounts...one with a digital card and one without, but both the same account number and email address.
Thanks.

Read somewhere credit card companies want to target high net worth clients as opposed to those who try to squeeze the system. I don't understand if that's the case why they don't make a card higher than the reserve?

Well, there's the JPM Reserve, which you're supposed to have over $10M on deposit with JPMC to get. Any higher than that and you're talking about pure one-offs like the Queen's Coutts card or something.

For all intensive purposes, most of the JPM-R benefits are exactly the same now as the CSR benefits, with a few exceptions such as the unadvertised UC membership. I would think it does not make sense for JPM to have different types of PP memberships across its products, and hence you will see the same guest restrictions for Ritz cards (or whatever they are evolving to) etc.
In terms of churners I continue to be amazed that issuers have not completely cut them off (it would not be difficult to extend 5/24 to all products) but perhaps they see some benefit to keeping these customers in the fold. I very much doubt that your average JPM-R cardholder is a major churner - people at this net worth usually have other toys and hobbies.

The 5/24 exclusions are all co-branded cards. Presumably the co-brand partner has not agreed to have its cards subject to the restriction because they have different objectives.

Was at LAX last week and at the Alaska Lounge (closest one that's reasonable to my gate), one of the Priority Pass accessible lounges, they had a sign out front that basically said "We are not accepting Priority Pass members at this time."
Sigh. Seems like the PP value is not that great....when you can't even get into what are supposed to be PP Lounges....

In true FT fashion, the meticulous detailing and discussion of each and every aspect of travel is astonishing and welcomed. Only thing is I am not nearly as active and so at times I may miss the appropriate thread to post these specific topics.
I'll probably use a bit more due dilligence in using the search function for the future.
And I assume a discussion of the value of PP (with benefits being cut for many cards as well) going forward is already/has already been discussed ad nausea.
