-Lobster was better than what I recalled it to be
-above ratio, coupled with excellent crew, made for a great flight

November ORD to HKG CX807
I have flown a few times of F so far. Overall, the dinning experience was underwhelming. Don't get me wrong, it is still a F class and we are talking about first class problems here. The most disappointed part was the dinner which featured lobster and rice. The lobster was chewy and the rice was under cooked. I did not finish the meal. My first time flying CX F was about 10 years ago. At that time I was so excited to have a perfectly cooked jasmine rice more than anything else (caviar included). It was said that CX used real rick cooker to cook for F passengers. Are they still doing that?
