In case it interests you, I had the Salmon Galette in Lobster Bisque (a salmon pastry in lobster sauce that was), a very forgettable dish in every way. For main, had the Sichuan spicy fish hotpot. An okay dish, especially if you like a bit of Sichuan flare, but could use something more. Served with rice. Fruit plate for dessert. The piece of melon was probably the best I've ever had! |

That wagyu beef cheeseburger was the best burger I've had in 2018. Almost worth the heartburn I experienced a few hours later waking up from lie-flat!

If you didn't try them, how can you comment on the quality? From a quick check online they are priced similarly to Laurent Perrier.
