Thanks in advance, this is the first time I am going travel with my parents which I paid with all the expenses, so hopefully can have everything well planned

Doesn't look good. If you want everything well planned and can't get seats now, I suggest you either use priority award (more miles) or buy the tickets using cash.

Can anyone help me with the current loading and my chances for the following on which I am waitlist in J?

26th Nov:
BNE-HKG-BOS: CX156 and then CX812

02 Dec:
BOS-HKG-BNE: CX811 and then CX155.

HKG - YVR

I'm currently waitlisted for CX888 and CX838 for Jan 8 and CX888, CX856 and CX838 for Jan 9. This is my first time using Asia Miles, and I've chosen standard Economy tickets. What are my chances to make it to one of the five flights? Any idea when it's likely that I will find out if I get a seat? Any thoughts would be highly appreciated!

Not sure what you are looking for, but I'm just posting the availability display. J, C, D, and I are classes in Business, and "L" means only waitlist is permitted. If it's sold out even for revenue tickets, the chance for getting an award seat is pretty slim.

By the way, CX888 has both HKG-YVR and YVR-JFK segment. I suppose you are only looking for the former, but just FYI.

Thank you so much! Seems like 8JAN isn't going to happen. I'm still waitlisted for all three flights on 9JAN, am I right to understand that I have a decent chance for CX888 and CX856 on 9JAN? There seems to be a lot of open seats. I am looking to just go to YVR.

Looks better except for the BNE-HKG sector. Note that there's no CX155 on 02DEC.

Fingers crossed for all on the waitlist ... ernestnywang seems to be the person to ask!

I'm waitlisted for Premium Economy Heathrow-HK on 23 December CX238 and CX250. I'm already confirmed for the return flight on 25 Jan 2018. How are the 2 outbound flights looking for the waitlist?

I've been told by MarcoPolo that I'm on a priority waitlist - not sure how priority this is?

Anyone experience not getting their waitlist seat approved close to their flight? There may not be availability to fly if I don't get my outbound seat? What are the options at the moment?
