Economy class is not available anymore even for purchase. Perhaps seats may be available the last 2-3 days or at standby.

As I said earlier, there is no economy available for purchase now for 17 Dec. The current lowest fare is R-class premium economy.

I would really appreciate if someone can check the following flights for chances of J redemption or upgrade from PE to J.
Both flights on Jan 2
Cx382 zrh to hkg
Cx234 mxp to hkg
Thank you for your time and sorry for the bother.

CX382 Jan 2: Sold out in all classes
CX234 Jan 2: F4, A3, J0, C0, D0, I0, W1, R0, E0, Y5, B0, H0, K0........
Your only hope it looks like is score a redemption seat MXP-HKG in F class. But even that looks tenuous, given J is probably full or oversold, and the back might be full or oversold as well. It's possible the W and Y are available just to fill up F.
Overall it's not promising.

No, doesn't look exciting. But, thanks very much for checking.

can someone help with TPE-HKG or KHH-HKG for dec 27th in any cabin? Seems really bleek =(
i'm flexible on the time i can travel on the 26th and 27th, but nothing seems to be available. does cathay always release the remaining seats on award as the departure date gets closer?
Nevermind, looks like business awards opened up! SO glad there's space now!

Hi Experts!
I am currently on the waitlist for an F redemption YVR-HKG rt for April.
Does anyone have any experience with the F load on these flights and if the waitlist will usually clear in advance? It seems 5 seats are still for sale for both the outbound and inbound flights. Also, I have no status with CX. Would it be at all beneficial if I signed up for MPC, even though I would only be a lowly green.
Thanks

Hello!
Could someone kindly check the following flights for me please?
Jan 31 CX734 SIN-HKG
Jan 31 CX716 SIN-HKG
Jan 31 CX690 SIN-HKG
I know it's bleak as I have been waitlisted for ages but am curious as to how bad it is.
Many thanks for the help!

Hey. This forum has been so helpful but I was also wondering if someone can help me out with this (it's just taking a while for me to get through the Asia Miles hotline). Sorry for the pretty lengthy text.
I'm booked on a redemption flight for MNL-MAD-MNL economy class and during the time of the booking, I was also placed on waitlist for MNL-MAD-MNL premium economy, as well as on MNL-CDG-MNL also on premium economy.
Today I got an email that all the flights that I'm placed on waitlist status has been changed to confirmed (for both Manila to MAD round trip and CDG round trip.) Now I realized that I want to revise and book an open-jaw ticket instead (MNL - CDG, MAD - MNL) seeing that I'm currently confirmed on those flights already.
It also says in the email that I should issue my ticket by April 5th. Now my question is, are all of those flights that already changed its status to confirmed technically already guaranteed / reserved for me until April 5th? Will I have to issue my ticket / decide to change my booking to the open jaw ticket immediately or I can still wait until next month or until April to do so, without the risk of losing any flights?
Also, in the first place, is it possible for me to cancel my initially confirmed MNL-MAD-MNL economy class flight and have them issue me the open jaw ticket (and disregard the rest of the confirmed flights)?

You might need to ticket them as two one-ways for 48K x2. Unless if you can see there are new MNL-CDG or MAD-MNL available.
