I look at it this way. BofA Premium Rewards gives me 2.625c
Cap 1 Cash Plus or Venture X Personal gives me 2c => 2 miles @1.3125c each
By going to Venture X Business in Multiplayer mode - this can be a slow process long term; do upto 500k each year
=> get 1.3M miles @ 1.0c each = 30% savings on Cap 1 Miles
Then one waits for a 20% transfer bonus and transfers= 1.2 miles = effective cost of miles is 1/1.2 = <0.85c or so
= 50% more miles; better than 1.3c each
Either way this is a great card = 150k bonus for 30k spend = 6x miles on spend vs 2.625c = cost of 0.44 cpm
If you go the whole hog - you can still get miles in many airlines for 1c each
I find AF is best for TATL, but VS has been good to me as well. - both have 55$ cancel fees
Lifemiles has been great for friends and family at last minute on LH; horrendous fees to cancel
I even did TK for a friend 55k to SFO from DEL in business! - rare saver award on TK but >500$ fees

Does anyone know if this counts towards 5/24 like the spark miles, or if it doesn’t like the spark cash?
No brainer for anyone with a legit business who can deduct the annual fee- $400 AF pretax is $240 post tax offest by the hassle of using the $300 travel credit- you come out $60 ahead!

Not sure about Capital One lounge access (I assume so?) but can confirm that AU's do not qualify for their own priority pass membership unlike with the consumer version of the Venture X.

Anyone know how soon after getting card I'll be able to get priority pass? Landing page says it could take up to 2 weeks. Approved 11/24, received card in mail 11/30. Have a flight 12/3 where I'd like to use PP restaurant if possible. As of today, I'm getting an error saying this card number isn't in the system. Thanks

Sorry, but Capital One Priority Pass memberships do not include the restaurant feature: C1 nerfs Priority Pass restaurant benefit for Venture X

The most recent posts in this thread report that Priority Pass activation was possible promptly after activation of the Venture X personal card, but the timeline might be different if Capital One is obtaining Priority Pass for the business version through a third-party benefits manager.
