List of Lounges Currently OPEN to BA Passengers (open wiki for details)

This wiki includes details of open lounges accessible to premium (F/J or Gold/Silver) passengers travelling on BA operated services, either within the terminal BA depart from or accessible via airside transfer.

Other lounges may be accessible for passengers willing to transfer landside to other terminals or concourses, although this is generally not recommended due to time constraints as a result of needing to re-clear security. Additionally, some airports may offer pay-in lounges which are not otherwise accessible by BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently).

Most open lounges are operating with a limited food and beverage service, and other services may be unavailable or modified.

For opening hours, please check the oneworld lounge listing at https://www.oneworld.com/airport-lounges?location= which is now being regularly updated.

If your airport isn't listed below, this probably means there is no lounge available for BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently) - please check the oneworld listing for the most up-to-date information.

Yes, it’s open but not up to much. Their offerings were meagre. I left after about twenty minutes to stretch my legs.

However, there were some signs that the BA lounge may be preparing to reopen. Their reappeared to be some bin bags on selected seats to perhaps indicate social distancing?

Ba lounge at AMS was closed today, Although did have a poster in the window about social distancing etc, so maybe they are getting ready to open if an extra flight or 2 resumes.

The loads on my flight out and back this week were 90% ish from what i could see and one of those flights was on a 789

Hi - that seems that nothing has changed since a couple of weeks ago with the BA lounge. The lights were on, with the bin bags over the chairs near to the door even then

check if dragon pass would get you into upper-deck, if yes then no harm in trying Lomond lounge as that is what the sign on the upperdeck door directs everyone.

Who gets access to the Lomond Lounge?

Bad news for anyone with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, Lounge Pass or DragonPass – the Lomond Lounge is available only to paying customers.

Welcome to Flyeralk and the BA Board DJB2 and hopefully someone can clarify re your Dragonpass query.

upperdeck has "relocated" to the lomond lounge, so upperdeck access methods may well work

when i was in gla last week it was so empty i never bothered with the lounge, i posted some pics on the uk forum
correct, priority pass holders normally have to pay £15 per person to upgrade as advised by poster in the upperdeck lift! With nothing being open the Lomond lounge is taking the strain and very pleasant it was too!

There is no Normal fast track but when you use the normal route to security there is a wee sign that directs fast track passengers down a different line. Worked well

Travelled on Monday just gone, in case is hasn't been mentioned already, no champagne in GC anymore. The 'Your Menu' section was titled 'Sparking Wine' and something else. Anyway, one of the options is the Hattingley Valley stuff made for BA, we found it quite acceptable. Well, we got through a respectable amount between us anyway.

We then got kicked out at 1700 to GF and had our fair share of the Canard-Duchene in there.

I’m due to fly out tomorrow afternoon and as I’ve been demoted to bronze after years of being silver, I’m thinking to upgrade my flight (but still a bit unsure)

can anyone confirm if the lounges are open? And I also have a dragon pass but I guess those third party lounges are closed at LHR T5?

are the BA lounges quiet atm? Also my flight is at 15.30

T5 lounges are open - yes. Should be pretty quiet for you as the bulk of departures are in the morning now; thins out pretty dramatically post 1300.

One of the third party one's is now open in T5 - Plaza Premium (I think!)
As for the other question - it's all in this forum.. slightly different set up but broadly the same.

Aspire is open and has been for a few weeks. I’ve been impressed with the offering there.

Plaza Premium isn’t open yet I don’t think but they have been doing lots of work there so I expect will open soon.

Just waiting to get temperature check and all (lots of people hanging about at the airport)

I was reading on the lounge advice on the BA website In the info (on my ticket) and it suggested the Concorde lounge at T5A and first lounge at T5B

is this true?? I’m flying CE..
