List of Lounges Currently OPEN to BA Passengers (open wiki for details)
This wiki includes details of open lounges accessible to premium (F/J or Gold/Silver) passengers travelling on BA operated services, either within the terminal BA depart from or accessible via airside transfer.
Other lounges may be accessible for passengers willing to transfer landside to other terminals or concourses, although this is generally not recommended due to time constraints as a result of needing to re-clear security. Additionally, some airports may offer pay-in lounges which are not otherwise accessible by BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently).
Most open lounges are operating with a limited food and beverage service, and other services may be unavailable or modified.
For opening hours, please check the oneworld lounge listing at https://www.oneworld.com/airport-lounges?location= which is now being regularly updated.
If your airport isn't listed below, this probably means there is no lounge available for BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently) - please check the oneworld listing for the most up-to-date information.

Also, on our way back (late Aug) we have almost the reverse with both legs op by BA not AA (AA is codeshare)
So: BA ATH-LHR (J class bec no offer of 1st) and 2nd leg: LHR-LAX is 1 class op by BA.
We have quite the layover. Would we be able to use Concorde 1st lounge? At least, given the current lounge openings. Thanks again.

Hi,
On this leg LHR-LAX ( op by BA 1st class) you can use the Concorde Terrrace ( not sure if the Concorde Room itself will be open then) with no problem.

We did have 1 class Aug 5 flt BA/AA code share op by BA LAX -LHR flight but a short while back the first flight was chged to AA operated by AA, (still codeshare, but...) with the 2nd leg going on BA operated, J class only to ATH bec 1st wasn't offered. So, which LHR lounge will I be entitled to since now I am actually AA 1st leg? Should I show my BA (codeshare) ticket in the hopes of getting into 1 class Concorde? I realize I will prob have to chg terminals to get to T 5 (for 2nd leg). Terminal chg for AA arrival is planned to be T3 at the moment. God only knows if that will be true next week.
Thought I had this all figured out until the changes this flight has made. Not to mention the cancellation...part of life rt now.
Thanks

On this I 'm not sure but I do not think so (as you are arriving on AA first not BA first). However you will be able to use Galleries First.
Regards

As we all know, the Scottish lounges have now reopened. Although the Glasgow lounge is a better place to wait than the terminal, don't expect anything too special in the way of food. The beverages are much the same as before though.
Also, the portable air conditioning units didn't exactly give off the 'calm and tranquil' atmosphere that BA like to advertise when talking about their lounges.
For a slightly more detailed look, and pics, see here:

So with no CCR at LHR and no lounge at Chicago open it would seem (including a reduced First service on board) that maybe I ought to postpone the trip a third time?
With the caveat that it means something to me for the holiday and I've only ever done F back from Boston so haven't done the CCR yet?
Wrap that up with the hassle of one of us having a mask exemption and all the grief that will probably come with that?
Such a shame.

Funny. My wine guy recommended the New Zealand Matua in lieu of my favorite Sea Pearl as a cooking/drinking Sauvignon Blanc as they are having issues stocking the latter. Must be good if it's served at a BA lounge. . Haven't tried it yet, so no subjective taste notes to offer.

Price is frequently not an accurate reflections of quality for anything. Value is perceived in most cases. But, nevertheless, the Sea Pearl goes for $10 (USD) at my grocery store, and is excellent for cooking (say cheese fondue), and good for drinking. The Matua, is $8.59. I wouldn't expect BA paying those prices anyways buying bulk, but glad they aren't going for the cheapest options. Things do bottom out at some point.

I'm in the same boat, Tobias-UK . Can't get to Sweden or the US which is hugely frustrating.
It's nice that my client in MAN wants to see me every week so I can hop up and down on a frequent basis but I really don't want to lose my other clients and I hope out of sight isn't out of mind...
That said, the staff in the CCT were on form this afternoon. They did mention that the steak pie was not huge so ordered me two, and then also insisted that I try the spiced chicken... at least that meant that I freed up a choice of meal on the plane. I could hardly move 😂. Plus the CCT was a nice haven away from GF which does get very very busy in the afternoon when GC is closed.

INV Aspire open to BA pax
Good news is that the Aspire lounge in INV is open to eligible BA passengers. It’s a tiny lounge which was packed, but the service was stellar.

BA Lounge(s) at LHR T3?
Any noises about opening the BA T3 lounge)s) at LHR since many of the OW airlines, including most AA flights have been moved back there recently? Not sure CX or QF are ready to open their lounges anytime soon due to the strict lock downs both in Hong Kong and Australia that appear to continue for the foreseeable future.
I suppose AA could try opening the AC lounge, but LHR is BA's home court..
