This reminded me that I didn't receive my 30k bonus either. Where would I go to start an investigation into the missing points? I looked on the BA site and they wanted me to fill out a form and send it via post.

On the shopping portal under your account there should be a link to fill out a missing Avios request or try this link

I booked some travel through Airbnb, not hosting. Got the 2000 or so avios through in about 3 weeks.

Got an email this morning saying my 30k points for hosting has been approved. Will update when they’re finally in my account.
