The 2019 London DO - Friday 27th September
Back by popular demand and now a tradition in its 7th year, young @KARFA and I are pleased to announce the date for the 2019 London DO: Friday 27th September.
Sadly, our most kind host of previous years has moved to the other side of the world so we will be looking for a new venue but for now wanted to gauge numbers and get into your diaries. If you have any ideas on venues or are willing to host us, please get in touch.
Check out previous DOs here - it's usually a fun, sociable evening (until the kids starts misbehaving - which is usually at the afterparty. If @teledude offers you a shot, run as fast as you can). Lurkers, regulars, newbies, plus 1's, non BA, non OW members - all welcome.

I really enjoyed my first London DO last year, and at present I’m not busy on that date - so count me in.
Is there no chance of working with our previous host’s former colleagues? The venue was fantastic and the money raised was for a great cause - it would be a shame to lose that side of the proceedings.

What perfect timing! I am already planning to travel up from Wales that day and stay overnight near T5, ready for an ex-EU positioning flight to ARN the following afternoon. So I am pretty sure I will be able to attend. I shall also look forward to saying ‘hello’ to @Tobias-UK on 28th if he is still around T5 late morning.
