Venue thanks to gav0106 and his team at St Thomas’ Hospital. For those of you who are new they are employed directly by the hospital and 100% of any profits we make from events and bar spend goes straight back to the Trust for projects involving patients and staff, so by supporting this event you will be giving back as well.

Food & Drink
There will be a sofa area and BBQ on the Terrace (as well as seating in the main room). details of food and drink to follow.
The hospital does take credit cards but not Amex due to the charges they impose.
All profits are re-invested into the Trust and the venue is being provided to us completely free of charge.

The 2018 London Summer DO - Friday 13 July 2018
back by popular demand and building on previous years' successes, I am pleased to let you know that we will be holding the London Summer DO on Friday 13th July at our usual stunning terrace venue at St Thomas hospital.
details to follow but please expect usual fabulous catering and hospitality from Gavin, stunning views across the river of the Elisabeth Tower and Houses of Parliament - and this year, we might go back to having a marquee.
@KARFA darling, can you do some wiki magic please per previous years.
Can't quite promise it'll be as extravagant as 2013 (we've been back every year since though this year will sadly be the last year) but here's Steve's review of that year: The BA London DO 2013

As last year, I won't be able to make it, unfortunately, as I'll be enjoying Scotland (Isle of Arran) that day.

Definitely keen. I might be flying to GVA that day, but we might not go until the following morning so hopefully I will be able to make it.
For anyone who hasn't been before, it's a great venue and always a friendly and fun crowd so give it a go.
