Year end flexibility

Hey guys,
I am currently silver. My year end is June 8. By that time I will probably have around 1400 tier points. I have a flight two flights on club world that will each give 140 Tier points for June 10 I believe. Is there precedent here for FFers who have asked and been granted a 2-3 days extension on their year end to meet a status threshold?

Many thanks

The standard extension is 2 weeks (no more, no less) after collection year end during which you may credit any accrued TPs to your previous year, in order to obtain / retain a given status level

From the Guide:
There are often questions raised in FlyerTalk as to whether BAEC will assist those who narrowly miss the tier point thresholds at the end of the membership year. There is evidence of flexibility in terms of extending the membership year by a week or two, so if you are in need of some flexibility call your local service centre after the relevant flights have posted.
