POUGs are offered via BA.com and the App Manage My Booking via a distinctive banner (example from MMB below). You cannot get a POUG by telephoning, however the service centres can complete a POUG which falls over mid transaction. They are offered on cash and Avios redemptions but typically not on complex routings, BA Holidays or travel agency bookings until OLCI stage. POUGs on Avios redemptions won't get you additional TPs/Avios, but they will on revenue tickets.
Short haul routes from LON to/from Europe
A price in pounds indicates a ticket issued from London, other currencies indicate prices for tickets issued overseas (e.g. singles or returns originating from CDG priced in Euros). Multiple prices indicate a range of fares are on offer. Note that LCY prices currently seem to be on a different basis to LGW and LHR (cheaper, in other words).

Can a POUG get offered if one refrains from checking in online to allow the 48 hour post booking time scale to allow a POUG appear. Or is there no possibility at all once online checkin is open?
I booked a last minute flight for travel tomorrow lunchtime and it won’t be 48 hours until late tonight.

I didn't book CE outbound at the time of ticket booking as it was very expensive, seems as though ET is getting popular on my flight.

Yet if if you book LHR to Xxx you get offered WTP to CW !
Is this a London citric algorithm.
Not demand driven to me - seems unfair and anti competitive
