I just got qualified to GGL two weeks ago and are waiting for my GGL and CCR card. I will travel with BA again next week but not sure if my cards will arrive in time. Can someone PM me the UK phone number or email for me to contact them to get me on the namelist at CCR?

Welcome to FlyerTalk Tony Andre. I have sent you a PM although I believe the list at the CCR door is generated automatically so in theory there should be no need to make contact directly.

I know very little about CCR/GGL stuff but I'll bump this up to the top but in the meantime welcome to Flyertalk and the BA Board Tony Andre and I am sure another CCR/GGL cardholder will assist you.

ETA: golfmad has already posted.

Ah. Well the last time I saw my CIV was on a flight to JFK last year with Jamier45 and it was sixty-something (apparently due to a glitch) - so maybe that was the issue.

Indeed, great use. Was thinking about doing the same for this year's holiday in March, but decided against it as all in (taxes + fuel surcharge) would have come to 1k EUR too; so in the end I decided to go for the UL-fare ex DE for not much more.

I assume ggl + ccr doesn't get you spa treatments on short haul flights?

My year reset this morning. My TPs have gone to 0 but my card expiry hasn't changed to 2018. And, most importantly, my new partner card nominees aren't available? Is there normally a delay? If yes, how long? If not, time to call GGL?

Usually another day or two at most I would think.

I can't speak to the partner card nominees part, but this card expiry date issue is normal for regular gold cards. The date will change when they process a new card to send to you. Sometimes a week, sometimes longer...generally before the end of the month.

FWIW, my account shows currently like yours...but the physical card I have is thru 2018...as I just qualified in Jan, and that is what they sent me.

The link in the very useful OP below is not working.

But I'm a diamond member

"Page not found"

Also, I am not sure when I need to contact GGL to ask them to renew by Hilton Honors Diamond Card. It ran out one year about now without me noticing, which was not great as I was about to check into a Hilton hotel.

Any guidance please?

Thanks, FT seemed to change the link with their recent text editor updates, which I've now fixed.

Regarding Hilton Honors Diamond status, I don't know, but I'm sure I'll find out soon as it's approaching a year for me as well. I'm guessing it's either 12 months from when you first got it, or around your expiration year, but someone else will need to answer.

I was just re-qualified for GGL a few days ago. I have a few questions:

1. Can I nominate 1xGold & 2xSilvers again for the new membership year?
2. Can I receive a CCR card?
3. Do I need to contact the GGL line to renew Hilton Diamond or is it automatically renewed?

Also, I wonder if the GGL benefits have been reduced. I was escorted by the airport staff at DXB for both in&out bound in 2016 but this did not happen this week. I stupidly looked for someone holding a plate with my name but no one was there. Have they stop doing this service to GGL's?

1. when you pass your renewal date you can
2. have you passed 5000 TPs? If so you would have received a new CCR card when you hit 5000
3. i think you need to call, i don't believe it is auto-renewed

Thanks KARFA, no I did not hit 5,000 but only 3,500. I miss the access to the world best lounge...

I will call BA to renew Hilton Diamond then.
