Dont think those cheap white head rest covers do it any favours on the prestige front. Not a patch on the new A321T services being offered by AA and JetBlue Mint

I disagree. The 321T is 2-2 in business, where it is 1-2 or 2-1 on BA, providing the opportunity for a single seat. They're different markets, but food on BA and service more generally is superior in J compared to the AA 321T.

Moscow May be closer than LCA and other short haul routes, but the yield on the Moscow used to be very good.

I'd like to see a larger sub-fleet of CW/WT equipped A321s that can operate longer routes such as IST. BA's CE product simply isn't competitive against TK on that route and even less so when the 30" CE seats arrive.
Amongst other matters, the WT recline is materially less on the A321 than on the 767.

The J cabin on these mid haul routes is very comfortable, IMHO.

They're not cheap, they're linen.

Mint looks like a nice product. How long until JetBlue joins oneworld...?

The single seat in CW on the ex BMED 321s is really good. Much preferred the mid haul 321 to ALA than the current 767 which has replaced it.

Out of interest are MF new to the A321. It took a VERY long time to get the meal on the BA155 yesterday. Wash bags appeared only after I asked, and then was told they will be brought out after the meal (which was only an hour before we landed). Snacks appeared also only after being requested.

Nope, been on it since the start. Maybe a new crew... Normally EF are more confused as they don't operate CW flights at all!

A321 long haul

Has DME also gone to MF on the A321s or it's still EF?

DME still has a mish mash of planes and crews and service.

DME is now Mixed Fleet. (However if a 767 was ever used, that would be operated by one of the other fleets)

Having flown AY on A340s recently, the seat looks pretty similar. I liked the single seat but the foot well area was quite small, so not great for sleeping.

It has been a while since I flew on the A321, but as I am off to AMM later this month, I will be able to compare and contrast.
