So sad you are leaving because you have been an immense presence on this forum and a great help to many, myself included. You took the time to call me personally (a lowly blue at the time) and went well beyond the call of duty to help me and my family out.
I wish you all the best for the future and hope the new job at BA includes a nice
pay rise. you deserve it.

Nicci, like everyone else- many, many thanks and all the best for your new job. As well as everything else you have done, I very much appreciate everything you did to get the Gold for life initiative working. I was tickled pink when GGLfL suddenly appeared - that was a real achievement and truly appreciated.

morges1 - I actually have to confess to not playing a significant part in Gold or GGL for life - Jeni was a key player in this so it's good that she will be taking the reigns moving forward as she knows the proposition inside out!
