And a second reference to your name, baggageinhall. Will be on the lookout for a tweed jacket. Hopefully we will meet there.

I'll be in group 3 today. I'll be wearing a dark green jacket and a black rucksack (most likely with AMEX acquired Cathay Gold tag on it). Hope to see you all later!

Back to the start for me. Was flying Air New Zealand to Paris in J but ANZ are having IT issues so I'm off to get a new identity!

No wonder because NZ doesn't from LHR to Paris or has any plan to do so as far as I know.

That's what I thought! Must have been a new tag on to their LHR-LAX-AKL service. I had a seat in Business Premier too which would have been fun.

There's a little bit of poetic licence with these test flights. SAA have resurrected a direct service to Durban for example!!
ANZ for some reason opted to have a test flight to Paris. They were sharing desks with ANA and the whole thing went to pot.

The slight annoyance is that having been in group 1 and registering at 9am I am now in one of the last flights of the day so a little more sitting around than I expected!

Found a place to charge in the prayer room by gate B46 in case anyone needs to charge their device. Quite a few plugs in the prayer room but it is chilly!

I only saw that as was walking to the gate :/ At A19 distinct lack of seating and not all the seating is attached to the floor..

Were they actually boarding aircraft this time? My first experience in CW was in a T5 trial.

No boarding of aircraft sadly

Well if nothing else the medical staff at T2 are really efficient, I had to seek medical attention due to what appears to be an allergic reaction, they got first aiders, paramedics and then an ambulance, not quite the way I planned to leave LHR but I did get my thankyou gift!
