I think you have to register everyone who is attending, you can't just turn up with as many people as you like. There should be the option of linking family/friends registrations to yours so you get allocated assignments together when possible.

Once you have registered, they send you an email to create a password. Once you have your password sorted, you can log in and sessions taking place + their availability will be listed along the right side of the page. To volunteer for a session, click the big purple "Book a trial" button in the top right.

Sat 17th May is indeed the date I alluded to above, so glad it is confirmed.

As for booking it - my mother (not registered, but Heathrow Rewards member) got notification of it; I'm registered and can't see it on the Volunteer area. Assume it will appear, in due course.

Come on your own or with family and friends – for one day or several.
I wonder if the level of interest this time is lower than with T5?

For those who are interested, "Testing a Connections Process" trial is open for registration for next Wednesday (26th). It is fluctuating in availability though. And Wednesday April 30th + Saturday May 17th are open now too!

I was sent an e-mail this morning confirming that I had been approved. When I went into my account, the trials dates were active.

On the left side menu, click "Book a trial" and select the desired trial from the drop-down at the bottom of the page.

Same date but group 3, so I start half an hour earlier. This looks like the final trial, at least in terms of being open to the public, before the grand opening.
