YAY! Friday, and B-i-L was repatriated to JER by Air Ambulance on Wednesday. Now we can resume Hospital visits, instead of him being marooned in London specialist Hospitals.

Personally I have survived a week of Doctor, Dentist, Advocate and Garage ... with a repeat of all 4 next week

BA being very nice to me today. A mere gold but wondering what my CIV score is for them to be so friendly and helpful.

Taking the fam to Nice tomorrow for 2 nights. BA kindly put us 3 straight into exit row on way out in WT and row 1 on way back in CW. Only booked last week so was pleasantly surprised : ) Wishing you all a great weekend and safe travels!

Amazing #BringingBritainCloser event last night in San Francisco. BA definitely know how to put on a great show and make you feel grateful to them. If you ever get the chance to go to one of these then don't miss it.

Friday! Saw an oil rig explode on the silver screen. A quiet-ish weekend to catch up on what I couldn't do this week.

Happy Friday FTers, what a lovely day in the south east. Shame I have to ruin it with a trip to the dentist today.

Off to KBP on Sunday. A bit of sightseeing in KBP and a lot of conferencing in in LWO later in the week.

The LHR->KBP Sunday flight looks emptier than a very empty place. Virtually no seats in ET are assigned. Actually now that I think about it I am surprised that this flight still exists given the current economic situation in the Ukraine. The JFK and perhaps ORD connections are likely what is keeping it alive.

Happy Friday! A grey, or silver day here in the south of the Netherlands.

This evening I get to take my new curling broom for a spin on proper curling (not arena) ice... It's an exciting thing if you're me.

Happy Friday everyone. Last day of a very long stretch at work for me today, but I have the delights of a corporate box at Ascot races tomorrow to keep me going!
